账号删除与数据清理申请
本页面适用于 mountova（开发者：深圳市达八科技开发有限公司）的账号删除请求。
如果您希望删除您的账号及相关数据，请按照以下步骤操作。
申请步骤
✓ 推荐 若您仍可登录应用，可直接在应用内「发现-个人资料」中点击「删除账号」一键操作。
📧 若您已卸载应用，请通过发送申请邮件的方式提交请求：
- 使用您注册应用时所用的邮箱地址，发送邮件至：it@mountova.com
- 邮件标题请统一为：【账号删除申请】+ 您的邮箱名称
（例如：【账号删除申请】1234567@gmali.com）
- 邮件正文中请写明：
- 您的邮箱
- 确认语句：“我确认申请永久删除上述账号及其关联数据”
处理时效
我们将在收到请求后的 15个工作日内 完成审核与删除操作，并向您回复确认邮件。
数据删除与保留说明
我们将根据您的请求执行以下操作：
🗑️ 会删除的数据
- 个人资料（邮箱、出生日期、性别、身高、体重等）
- 智能戒指记录的数据（活动（步数、卡路里）、睡眠（时长、质量）、心率、血氧饱和度、体温、体重、步频、运动时间等）
- 使用记录与操作日志
- 关联的第三方账号绑定关系
📦 会保留的数据（含保留期限）
- 订单记录与交易流水：保留 30天（用于财务对账和税务合规），期满后匿名化处理
- 法律强制要求保留的日志：保留 90天（依据适用法律/地区规定），期满后永久删除
✓ 以上保留数据将不再关联您的身份信息，且不会用于任何运营目的。
⚠️ 重要提醒
• 账号删除为不可逆操作，一旦完成将无法恢复。
• 若您使用第三方账号（如 Google/微信）登录，请知悉该社交账号本身不受影响，我们仅解除绑定并删除本应用内的数据。
Account Deletion & Data Erasure Request
This page applies to mountova (Developer: Shenzhen Daba Technology Development Co., Ltd.) account deletion requests.
If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
Request Steps
✓ Recommended If you can still log in to the app, go to 「Discover › Profile」 and tap 「Delete Account」.
📧 If you have already uninstalled the app, please submit your request via email:
- Send an email from the email address used to register for mountova to: it@mountova.com
- Subject line must be: [Account Deletion Request] + your email name
(e.g. [Account Deletion Request] 1234567@gmali.com)
- In the email body, please include:
- Your email address
- Confirmation statement: “I confirm that I request permanent deletion of the above account and its associated data.”
Processing Time
We will complete the review and deletion within 15 business days after receiving your request, and send a confirmation email to you.
Data Deletion & Retention Policy
Based on your request, we will perform the following:
🗑️ Data that will be deleted
- Profile information (email, date of birth, gender, height, weight, etc.)
- Smart ring data (activity (steps, calories), sleep (duration, quality), heart rate, SpO₂, body temperature, weight, cadence, exercise time, etc.)
- Usage history and operation logs
- Third-party account bindings
📦 Data that will be retained (with retention period)
- Order records & transaction history: retained for 30 days (for financial reconciliation and tax compliance), then anonymized.
- Logs required by law: retained for 90 days (in accordance with applicable legal/regional requirements), then permanently deleted.
✓ Retained data will no longer be associated with your identity and will not be used for any operational purposes.
⚠️ Important notice
• Account deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone.
• If you use a third‑party login (e.g., Google/WeChat), your social account itself is not affected — we only unbind and delete data within mountova.
